Livin’ That IV Life
Started treatments of IV therapy for my lyme disease today. Vitamins and minerals were up first, followed by ozone. The whole process took 3 hours total, and I hardcore napped for 2 of them. ;) So nice.
I have been feeling crappy physically for 14 years, and I'm finally finding some solution. In the last few days, I have felt better than I have since I was 22 (I'm 36 btw). It feels oh-so-incredibly exciting.
In the above IV chair, I felt more hope than ever in this process. So I had to snap a picture of the moment ;)...To remember that feeling of hope on tough days when it all feels impossible. It can be easy to feel the challenge of health issues, but to find the magic in them is something special.

Healing can't happen without the help of others. I'm learning A LOT about this, and experiencing major magic as I let people into my health challenges more. I used to do it all on my own, and there wasn't any solution (or fun) in sight.
As I've said before: TRUE HEALTH TRULY TAKES A VILLAGE.
So here's a shout out to the people who helped me today while I was mega sick!
@yogawithshana for the awesome AM text support, @c.a.n.therapeutic for the mind-blowing massage and driving me to the sauna when I couldn't hold my head up, and @goldenedg for going to the store to get me herbal cough supplies.
Stay tuned for more #itav shout outs, and to hear about the badass people who support me on my journey.
Who's in your village?
