Sleuth Smarts Sunday.

I've been drinking wild blueberry smoothies every morning for 3 weeks now, and am grooving on these blue beauties. So I'm breaking them down for SS this week!

SLEUTH SMARTS.

Wild blues have 2 times the antioxidants than regular blueberries, and a higher fiber content too!

They are more potent and develop higher levels of nutrition due to the fact that they only grow in super cold climates. Maine and Canada primarily.

Contain a flavanoid named 'anathocyanin', which is super high in antioxidants, and responsible for the stunning blue color!

The high antioxidants neturalize free radicals, and prevent cell damage. AKA super anti-aging.
