Sleuth Smarts: Pears

Sleuth Smarts Sunday.

It's winter, and pears are at their peak! I've always been fond of these simple fruits. Never my favorite or something that I get super excited by, but I always notice that I feel amazing after eating pears.

So when I saw this vibrant painting hanging in a local restaurant, I felt inspired to do a SS!

SLEUTH SMARTS.

The gritty fiber content in pears latches onto and gets rid of cancer causing toxins in the body.

It has Vitamin K and Boron, which are good for bone density. FYI: Boron also stabilizes and extends the life of vitamin D.

Particularly good for lung, liver, and gallbladder issues.

Pears are actually a good source of potassium!, which lowers blood pressure, increases blood flow to all parts of the body, and oxygenates organs/promotes their function.

Said to be the least allergenic of fruits.

Sleuth PRO TIP: The skin of the pear contains most of its nutrients, so don't peel it if you want the full shebang of benefits!
