Sleuth Smarts: Dates
Sleuth Smarts Sunday.
I started my juice fast on Thursday. Hoorah! But then yesterday I had an instinct to eat a little food to slow things down. I was drawn to eating some dates, and I trusted that sense. And wow, I felt so much judgement come up that I wasn't doing only juice! My mind told me I had set out to do this fast, and I had already failed. Yipes.
But the one thing I've learned is that you have to let go of all ideas and plans to find sustainable health. When the body speaks, listen. ;) So in honor of trusting my gut and the process, I'm doing a SS this week on the sweet and yummy date!
